TagBoards service is designet to be easily integrated in any web site. To meke this there're some written codes:
About your page's server, there's no requisite. Nor PHP not real hosting, because it can be integrated in blogger/blogspot (as gadget or script) and wordpress.org (as script):
You can integrate it with default options, that creates a virtual room for each web site, or yoy can
create your own room to use it at some web sites and manage it:
You can integrate your TagBoard with any of these methods:
Blogger or Blogspot:
1. Go to Blogger and access your account. You'll see your control panel. Press "Design" button of the blog you want to add the TagBoard.

2. In the new screen, select "Add a gadget" link in your preferred location.

3. In gadgets screen, choose "Add your own" option.

4. Now, write this url:
http://www.dwebresources.com/widgets/google_tagboard.xml
In the text field. Press "ADD BY URL" button.

6. Now you can see the TagBoard configuration screen. You can change fonts, colors, etc. If you ever create a custom room you've to write down your room ID in red marked text field. Press "Add" button to end the process. Now you have the TagBoard in your blog.

Other Google services (like iGoogle):
